Oahu REALTOR, Yvonne Ahearn, has decades of experience advising clients on Oahu real estate. Having been a licensed attorney for over 30 years (California 1990, Arizona 1991, and Hawaii 2010), she helps her clients make the best business and lifestyle decisions possible.

Yvonne lives in Kailua, and works out of Compass’ Kailua and Honolulu offices, but her neighborhood expertise stretches across Oahu, including Mililani, Pearl City, the Leeward Coast (Ewa Beach, Ko’Olina, etc.) and the North Shore. On the East Side of Oahu, she’s sold from Kaneohe, to Lanikai, to Hawaii Kai, to Manoa, to Waikiki, to Kaka’ako, and everything in between.

Most of her clients are referrals and repeat clients, but she also helps those relocating from the mainland and military clients, as well as first-time homebuyers. Prior to becoming a Founding Broker at Compass, Yvonne was Principal Broker and Owner of Kailua boutique real estate company, Home Shoppe Hawaii LLC. After almost a decade of running this firm, she decided to focus her efforts solely on her clients and personal sales. Yvonne has also affiliated with a large international luxury brokerage, a local independent brokerage, and a smaller boutique brokerage (spanning Kahala, Honolulu, and Hawaii Kai). There, she earned performance award such as Top Salesperson and Rookie of the Year.
