In our last transaction, we had an exceptionally good end result, though there were a lot of issues with the buyers’ lender. We were able to get the highest sale price ever in our neighborhood, and even though the house did not appraise for the sale price. Yvonne was able to ensure through the negotiations that the buyer would put in the extra funds. It seemed touch and go, at times, but Yvonne stayed positive and confident and that helped a lot.
