It’s difficult to judge the seriousness of a Buyer if a realtor does not meet the Buyer in person. It’s also difficult to fully understand inspection issues, if a realtor has not attended the inspection. A Buyer at an inspection may also think there is an issue where there is not (e.g., a light not working versus not being able to find the switch, etc.). A-TEAM OAHU “RESCUE MISSIONS”

Looking as shown at the above-left, this home did not sell. The above-left photos were the effort of the second realtor (we were the 3rd) who had tried to sell this home over several years, before we came in. When we took the listing, we had the home’s interior painted and minor issues repaired. We brought in staging furniture and accessories, though we used much of the owner’s existing furniture.
