We recently were blessed with the opportunity to stay a few nights in this beautiful community. We stayed a two-story 3 bedroom luxury townhome, with ocean views and many amenities. Our stay was epic in so many ways!

It started with incredibly welcoming hospitality when we checked in. We were greeted with a delicious and refreshing farm-made hibiscus-ginger tea and a ti leaf and orchid lei. We had requested early check-in, for a nurse in our party who had just worked the night shift, and they graciously accommodated this request. The warmth and great service and continued throughout our stay, through every time we had the opportunity to interact with the incredible people working at the Timbers. The staff at the Timbers is nothing less than 5 Star, all the way!

The Ocean Club residences are stunningly appointed with comfortably chic, beachy-modern furnishings and a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with elite appliances. The unit we stayed in featured high ceilings, wood flooring, and sweeping ocean views. A large lanai with outdoor seating and dining options, and a gas grill completed the living area amenities. One en-suite bedroom was downstairs, along with a half bath. Upstairs, were two more en-suite bedrooms each with gigantic luxury bathrooms.

The resort amenities include options for Golf at Hokuala, the only Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course on Kaua’i, with the longest continuous stretch of oceanfront holes in all of Hawaii!!

The picturesque grounds also feature walking and biking trails, an organic farm and farm cottage.

WE TOOK AN E-BIKE TOUR ONE MORNING TO THE ORGANIC FARM & FARM COTTAGE

Foodies will be impressed with Hualani’s, a farm-to-table restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The property also features multiple swimming pools & jacuzzis, tennis & pickleball courts, a fitness center, the Nanea wellness spa, & exercise classes. Special owners-only activities & events, personal concierge services, and airport transportation are among the amenities also offered to owners. A toy locker is also available for owners to check out things like boogie boards and bicycles, beach toys and other fun items.

The Hokulala property is ideally located in the central coast of Kaua’i only a few miles from the Lihue Airport.  Shopping, restaurants, and local businesses are nearby, in Lihue, and it is an easy drive to other areas of the island. The North Shore is about an hour away. But with so many amenities and options on the property, you may never want to leave.
