When we took the listing, we had the home’s interior painted and minor issues repaired. We brought in staging furniture and accessories, though we used much of the owner’s existing furniture. We did a deep cleaning, including all of the windows. We used HD photos and produced a beautiful video (see below). As you can see, we opened the doors, featured the stunning ocean view and emphasized the beach and surf lifestyle of the home. And we used well-lit and properly exposed photography, and a video. We are happy to say we got offers after the first showing, and this home sold with Yvonne and Ana at the helm. We also got a great price, considering the conditions and market at the time.
