As Median Sale Prices for Single-Family Homes Decline, Condo Prices are Up in Seven Regions of Oahu But just about everywhere on the island, fewer condos were sold in the first quarter of this year compared to last year. Only 251 Waikīkī condos sold in the first quarter of 2023, down 25% from the first quarter of 2022, according to the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
